A nejlepší na konec? V úterý 7. 9. jsme si dali jednodenní trip na Hvar, který je trajektem hodinu vzdálený od Splitu.
Původně jsme chtěli na Hvar na více dní, ale s cestování do Splitu na letiště se nám to zdálo zbytečně složité, tak jsme si dali pouze takto celodenní trip, respektive od 9 do 6.
Trajekt nám jel v 8:30 a dorazili jsme nějak v 9:30, kdy naše kroky hned směřovaly přes náměstí nahoru na pevnost. Je to doopravdy velký kopec, ale o to skvělý výhled.
Do pevnosti jsme přímo nešli, protože jsme si říkali, že by jsme viděli jen o pár metrů větší výhled a nebyl by to takový rozdíl.
Za pevností se nachází kopec, kde je ještě vzdálenější pevnost, ale to spíše, když jste tam déle.
Po pevnosti jsme vyrazili ke zvonici a na další vyhlídku, které jsme si u věže všimli a odkud vidíte Hvar opravdu jako na dlani.
Tou dobou bylo už 11 a my měli hlad. Cestou do města jsme objevili onu restauraci Silk, ale otevírala až v 6 večer (nakonec jsme do ní zašli ve Splitu), tak jsme si našli další asijskou restauraci, nicméně otevírala až za další hodinu.
Tím následovala pauza na ještě další malou procházku a coffee stop.
V restauraci jsme si oba dali Pad Thai (Mirek samozřejmě veganský). Byl fajn, ale nic, co by mě posadilo na zadek.
No a plán na odpoledne byl jasný - pláž!
Pláž na kterou jsme se chystali se jmenuje Pokonji Dol. Mirek chtěl původně vzít uber, ale nakonec to nebylo tak daleko a tak jsem šli pěšky, a jsem za to ráda, jelikož jsme tak viděli pořádně okolí a zase nějaké fotky navíc:)
Ona pláž byla asi nejlepší ze všech pláží, kde jsme byli. Voda měla skvělou teplotu, byla neskutečně čistá, úplně průhledná. Jediné co, tak tam byly větší kameny na samotné pláži a chyběla sprcha.
Po pláži následoval aperol, kde jsme si zase špatně vybrali a zašli někam, kde nám namíchali nejošklivější aperol ever, takže další reklamace, jelikož to fakt nešlo pít, jak aperol s vodou. Cesta zpět na Split už pak utekla rychle a my šli ještě na vínko.
Nicméně Hvar příjemně překvapil a z fotek z něj mám asi největší radost!

Originally we wanted to go to Hvar for more days, but with the travel to Split airport it seemed unnecessarily complicated, so we only gave ourselves a full day trip from like 9am to 7pm.
Our ferry left at 8:30 and we arrived to Hear at 9:30 or so, with our steps immediately heading up through the square to the fortress. It's a really big hill, but the more great views were there.
We didn't go directly to the fort, figuring we'd see just a few more feet higher view and it wouldn't make that much difference.
There is a hill behind the fort that has an even more distant fort, but that's more likely if you're there longer.
After the fort, we headed to the Bell Tower and another viewpoint we spotted by the tower where you can really see Hvar in it's whole beauty.
By this time it was already 11am and we were hungry. On the way into town we discovered that restaurant Silk, but it didn't open until 6pm (we ended up going there in Split), so we found another Asian restaurant, but it didn't open for another hour.
So we took another little walk and a coffee stop.
In the restaurant we both had Pad Thai (Mirek had vegan one of course). It was fine, but nothing special.
And the plan for the rest of the afternoon was the beach!
The beach we were going to is called Pokonji Dol. Mirek originally wanted to take an uber, but in the end it wasn't that far and so we walked, and I'm glad we did, because we got to see the area properly and got some extra photos:)
This beach was probably the best of all the beaches we have been to. The water temperature was great, it was incredibly clear, completely transparent. The only thing was that there were bigger rocks on the beach itself and the shower was missing.
After the afternoon swim we went for an aperol, where we again made the wrong choice and went somewhere where they mixed the ugliest aperol ever. The drive back to Split went quickly and we went for more wine afterwards.
Nevertheless, Hvar was a pleasant surprise and I like the photos from there probably the mostt!
